At Coconut Lane, we want you to be obsessed with your new accessories, but we understand if things aren't quite right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Safely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your parcel at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
